Casting mixer
Application:
The casting mixer (refer to the picture) is used for mixing concrete body before casting. It is located on the casting blank mold.
Technical parameter:
1. Max outside size
Length:2520 mm Width:2520 mm Height:4113 mm
2.Weight:3494kg
3. Motor
Type:Y280S-6
Power:75KW
Rotate speed:960r/min
4.Drum capacity:V=5.95m3
5.Mixing type:Push type
6. Mixing speed:960r/min
7. Pneumatic butterfly valve:D67IJ-10-250
Structure:
The casting mixer is composed of mixing drum and casting arm
The mixing drum is cylindrical and it is compose of motor, mixing shaft and mixing blade
The sprue gate is controlled by the pneumatic butterfly valve.
Work principle:
The casting mixer adopts push-type method, which make the mixing very quickly. It is driven by the motor, and the motor is rotated as clockwise direction to drag the mixing blade to rotate, and make the material turn in the drum
The casting arm is located under the mold. The butterfly valve starts when the mixing material is acceptable, and the material will goes into the casting arm and then start the casting.
Installment:
Put the mixing drum on the prepared base, and the place the rubber washer on the contact surface.
Trial running and adjus:
Adjust the parts below after the installment.
a.ghten the motor belt.
b.ghten the gasket screw.
c.just the casting arm base on process required and adjust the sprue gate.
Trial running
a.The motor runs stably and rotate as clockwise direction.
2.The mixing drum is stable.
a.The shaft is easy to run, no abnormal sound.
b.The pneumatic butterfly valve well works
c.Adjust the distance between the draft tube and the caster base (usually, the clearance is between 12cm and 18cm)
Maintenance and repair:
Maintenance
Clean the mixing drum, mixing shaft and casting arm once a week. The gasket cover should be tight during the cleaning, and the each bearing should be cleaned once per half year.
Repair
Disassemble the sprue gate and clean it and pneumatic butterfly valve and the pipe once per month,
Safety:
No one is allowed to stand on the top of the mixing drum or around the casting arm
Clean the flying material after each production shift.
